From South Sacramento:
Take Hwy 99 north and turn right onto H St. Go straight to 56th St., and turn left. Go 200 yards and we are on the corner of F St. and Elvas Ave.
From Roseville area:
Take Bus. 80 to E St exit and turn left. Go straight for 1.1 miles and turn right when the street deadens into Elvas Ave. Go 1 mile and we are on the corner of F St. and Elvas Ave.
From Fair Oaks:
Take Fair Oaks Blvd west until it crosses the American River Bridge. Fair Oaks splits into H and J streets. Go straight on H St. to 56th St. and turn right. Go 200 yards and we are on the corner of F St. and Elvas Ave.

We're actually pretty easy to find. We're very close to the geographical center of Sacramento.
We are located at the corner of F St. and Elvas Ave. This area of town is called East Sacramento. We are halfway between Sacramento State College and Sutter Memorial Hospital.
What confuses people the most, is when north bound 56th St crosses H St, it turns into Elvas Ave. We are about 200 yards north of H St. at the corner of F St. This is where people in a hurry to have a baby turn to go to Sutter Memorial Hospital. You will see blue and white signs all around the area that point to the Hospital. If you follow the signs, they will lead you right past us.

Personally, we hate Voice Mail. We answer the phone 100% of the time with a person that can help you.

"If there is a possibility of several things going wrong . . . . the one that will cause the most damage will be the one that goes wrong." _______________________________

If you have a dead battery, you'll want to use a genuine Mercedes-Benz battery. Aftermarket battery's don't have enough amperage and cause low voltage fault codes when the system is under peak loads. Low voltage confuses the control modules and causes a host of problems that just end up costing you far more then you could ever save with a aftermarket battery. Aftermarket battery's also aren't vented correctly and that can be a major problem on some models. We've also seen scores of people damage their car's electrical system when they tried to install a aftermarket battery. A voltage spike can damage your instrument cluster or a system control module. You may not notice a problem right away, but you have a good chance of seeing a dead battery if the car sets for more then a few days without running. Any of the modules can be damaged so that it doesn't power down when you shut the car off. Better still, the damaged control modules can intermittently cause a drain in your electrical system that can very hard to find. Some of the test take many hours to perform and require 6 electrical testers to be connected to your car in order to find the draw. New models have two battery's and are even hard to test. We know the Owner's Manual says you can jump start your car if you have a dead battery. This was a real mistake for Mercedes-Benz to tell people this. You'll do yourself a favor by never jump starting your car or another car. We can't count the number of people that have spent thousands of dollars fixing the damage caused by jumping the battery. If the car is stuck in a garage and the tow truck can't get in to tow it, it will be cheaper to knock down the garage then to fix the damage to your electrical system.
